A combination of Beer and Coffee.

The Hawiian brew company Kona Brewing Co has come out with a new line of beer, a coffee beer. The Piperline Porter us a combination of coffee and Beer. The brew according to their official website has the following characteristic:

BITTERNESS: 30 IBU

ALCOHOL BY VOLUME: 5.4%

ORIGINAL GRAVITY: 13.5 P

MALTS: PALE, CARAPILS, VICTORY, CARAMEL 80, EXTRA SPECIAL, CHOCOLATE MALT, DARK CHOCOLATE MALT, ROASTED BARLEY

HOPS: WARRIOR, MILLENIUM , HORIZON, PERLE

This is a seasonal brew and is available from September to March.

I remember drinking some stuff called "Tilt" Alc. + ebergy drink... tis a crazy trip!!! We though we were drunk one second and would go into our houses to sleep, then 10 seconds after we'd close our eyes we'd be dressed and outside like "WTF"!!! Not an every day drink!!!

Hmm. Interesting. Kinda like the Coke/Coffee (Coke Black) that lasted a very short time last year. I will have to try some. I love KONA coffee.

Guinness already tastes like it has coffee in it...so I'll stick with that and pass on the heart attack.

Actually, this is a very tasty and easy to drink brew, but you budweiser guys won't like it. I recommend it.
