Seems everything in the media with celebrities these days has to do with a comic book adaptation movie. Maybe because of the mass success or the Dark Knight? Who knows, but so far they're sending out more hits than misses and we're all for it.

Though this is pure speculations, a post was made on a Live Journal website showing pictures of Eva Longoria leaving the Marvel studios carrying a crap load of Avengers comics. Of course she was doing her best to hide her intentions for being there...oh wait...no she didn't, she's basically screaming "I MIGHT BE IN A MARVEL MOVIE!" to the press. So which character will she play? Well numerous sources seem to think that the Wasp will be Longorias character.

Wasp, Janet van Dyne is a mutant from the Marvel universe with the power to sting through her hands, and has the ability to shrink her body to insect-size. Wasp is married to Ant-Man in the comics and with Edger Wright doing an Ant Man movie, it's not hard to believe she may have a role in that as well. Given her shorter hair, she's already looking the part.
