Chris Cornell and Timbaland prepare to ‘Scream’
Rock veteran Chris Cornell will be releasing his third solo album, “Scream”, on October 14th, via Suretone / Interscope Records. Oh, did I mention that Timabland produced the album?
What a combo eh? For those who are unfamiliar with Chris Cornell’s work can look to Soundgarden and Audioslave, two popular, guitar driven bands that spawned many hit singles and sold millions of records worldwide.
The combination of Chris Cornell and Timbaland is definitely unique. Fans can check out the full version of first single “Long Gone” as well as snippets from “Ground Zero” and “Watch Out” on Cornell’s MySpace page.
For those who are skeptical about this collaboration, please be open-minded. “Long Gone” is a pretty sweet tune. After all, it’s Chris Cornell…oh, and Timbaland.
